What's On This Page? This page is the portal to some of my favorite resource links. The resources have been
categorized, and brief descriptions are included for each category. Click on the category, and you will be taken to the page with all the
links for that category and descriptions for each link. These sites provide information about employment and labor laws, news related to employment
practices, court scheduling and rules, and other law related information. The links on the Government Agencies page will take you to sites for government agencies that deal with labor and employment related
issues. The sites linked include: The United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission,
The Ohio Civil Rights Commission, The United States Department of Labor ,
The National Labor Relations Board,
The Social Security Administration, and the
Ohio Office of Unemployment Compensation Review Commission. The links on the Courts page will take you to various courts that are important to my practice and may have information useful to you. These courts include: The United States Supreme Court, The United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, The United States District Court Northern District Ohio, The Ohio Supreme Court, The Ohio Eighth District Court of Appeals, Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, The Ohio Ninth District Court of Appeals, The Summit County Court of Common Pleas, The Ohio Eleventh District Court of Appeals, and The Lake County Court of Common Pleas. The links on the Legal Research page take you to sources of information concerning employment law, labor law, and other general laws. These are the sources I find to be most useful for most people. Bar Associations and Other Employment Related Organizations The Bar Associations and Other Employment Related Organizations page has links to websites maintained by different organizations. Some of the organizations focus specifically on employment issues. Other organizations focus more broadly on attorney concerns. I have selected each of the sites because they provide excellent and useful content to people interested in employment and legal issues. maintained by lawyers or organizations aimed at assisting you with finding an attorney.
